Milwaukee Pallets USA operates one of Wisconsin's largest dedicated pallet transportation fleets, completing over 300 deliveries weekly throughout the state. Our logistics operation combines modern fleet management technology, experienced CDL drivers, and comprehensive insurance coverage to ensure your pallets arrive on time, in perfect condition, and exactly where you need them. Unlike general freight carriers, our specialized pallet delivery service understands the unique handling requirements of wooden pallets—preventing damage, managing weight distribution, and accommodating various facility configurations from loading docks to ground-level deliveries.

Our delivery infrastructure includes 8 flatbed trucks capable of carrying 24-48 pallets per load, 3 enclosed box trucks protecting premium Grade A pallets from weather and debris, and 2 semi-trailers for bulk shipments of 400-600 pallets. Every vehicle features GPS tracking for real-time location monitoring, providing customers with accurate ETAs and delivery windows. We maintain 99.2% on-time delivery performance—industry-leading reliability that keeps your operations running smoothly. Drivers average 12+ years experience and receive ongoing safety training, ensuring professional service at every delivery.

Delivery scheduling offers maximum flexibility to accommodate your operational needs. Same-day delivery available for urgent orders within the Milwaukee metro area (orders placed by 10am). Next-day service covers a 50-mile radius including southeast Wisconsin cities. Standard 2-3 day delivery reaches all Wisconsin locations. We schedule deliveries in convenient time windows: morning (7am-12pm), afternoon (12pm-5pm), or specific appointment times. Many customers prefer recurring scheduled deliveries—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—ensuring consistent pallet availability without last-minute ordering stress.

Our pickup service mirrors delivery capabilities but in reverse—collecting used pallets, damaged pallets for repair, or recyclable pallets for processing. Free pickup provided for orders of 100+ pallets or for clients enrolled in buyback/recycling programs. Smaller pickups available for $75 service charge. We coordinate pickups to minimize disruption to your operations, working around shipping schedules, deliveries, and facility constraints. Drivers bring necessary equipment including forklifts (for locations without loading equipment) and load securing gear.

Delivery pricing is transparent and competitive. Rates based on distance, quantity, and service level. Within 25 miles: $75 flat rate (free for 100+ pallets). 26-50 miles: $125 (free for 250+ pallets). 51-100 miles: $200 (free for 500+ pallets). Beyond 100 miles: $2.50 per mile. Special services including liftgate delivery, after-hours delivery, Saturday service, and rush delivery available with surcharges. Volume customers and recurring delivery contracts receive preferred rates and priority scheduling.
