Milwaukee Pallets USA provides wooden pallets and related services including buying, selling, repair, recycling, and delivery. All products are sold "as-is" based on their specified grade.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation. We accept various payment methods as discussed during the ordering process.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within 24 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be accepted at our discretion. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Milwaukee Pallets USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
