Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Referral Service Only

Milwaukee Pallets USA is a referral service. We pass quote requests to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, repair, recycle, or deliver pallets ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a supplier.

Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, availability, pickup and delivery arrangements, warranties, and return policies. Any order is between you and the supplier. Please review a supplier's terms before you accept a quote.

Quote Requests

Sending a quote request is free and does not oblige you to buy or sell anything. We cannot promise that a supplier will be available for every request or location.

Website Content

Information on this site, including descriptions of pallet grades, sizes, and standards, is general guidance. Check current regulations and confirm product details with the supplier before relying on them.

No Warranty

This website and the referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milwaukee Pallets USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from products or services provided by partner suppliers or from your use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
